Kira D. Cador (The Deal Maker), Co-Founder and Principal Currently the President of Rembold Companies, Ms. Cador has been responsible for managing and directing the company into development opportunities. In addition to managing all property and asset management activities, Ms. Cador has managed the overall operations of the company, including the accounting and financial affairs of the three companies under the umbrella of Rembold Companies. Ms. Cador has managed over 50 separate ownership entities in which Rembold had the primary developer or investor role on over $300 million of real estate activities. She has managed the development of: market rate multi-family and income restricted multi-family projects throughout Oregon and California, a senior independent high-end rental project in Portland, Oregon, an 180,000 square foot flex/office project in Oregon, and multiple retail projects throughout Oregon and Washington. The depth and breadth of Ms. Cador’s experience gives her a unique perspective on the many aspects of real estate development and she has been with the company since 1991. Prior to joining Rembold Properties, Ms. Cador was in front office and sales management with Marriott Hotels and Resorts for three years in Southern California and Portland.
 
Ms. Cador has a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Washington State University. She has served as a board member on a local Portland YMCA board, on the board of Childcare Support Services NW, as a board member of Cathedral Catholic Youth Organization, as Forest Park Elementary PTA President and as a member of the Pinnacle neighborhood design review committee. She currently is a board member of the Portland chapter of the National Charity Leagues and volunteers for her children’s school and athletic activities.
