Kali S. Bader (The Number Cruncher) Co-Founder and Principal Currently a Vice President at Rembold Companies, her primary responsibilities are in acquisitions, financing, development and asset management. Ms. Bader has acted as a project manager for the development of a 140 unit senior-housing project in Portland, OR and assists in the oversight of the company. She also has led the investment management arm of the company with Mr. Rembold. Prior to joining Rembold Companies in 2004, Ms. Bader worked in San Francisco as an Investment Manager for the National Office Partners Fund at Hines Interests. While at Hines, she led the reporting and analysis of the entire $3.0 billion office-building portfolio on a portfolio-level basis as well as the management of investments in IDX Tower in Seattle, WA and the 1100 Louisiana Building in Houston, TX. She also led a $300 million revolving credit facility placement with JPMorgan Chase for the NOP Fund.

Ms. Bader previously worked with a real estate office development firm, Chamberlin Associates, based in Pleasanton, CA and worked as a manufacturing consultant for Deloitte Consulting. Ms. Bader is an adjunct Professor at Portland State University in the Center for Real Estate, serves as a board member of Fruit and Flower Childcare, is the Chair of the Facilities Committee for Fruit and Flower Childcare and was a three-year volunteer track coach for a local middle school. She has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Washington.
